What is the difference between your and funnelfoxes guide to configure web paywall?

Why is your guide (https://adapty.io/docs/web-paywall-configuration) so much different than the guide on funnelfox for the paddle integration (https://funnelfox.com/docs/integrations/payments/paddle)? Do they both achieve the same or how do they differ?
If I would like to see sandbox transactions (web paywall + paddle + funnelfox) in my adapty dashboard, do i need to call the web paywall from the adapty web api or is the funnelfox preview link (for sandbox) enough to see transaction in adapty, given the i have configured webhooks from paddle to adaptly properly?
Best and thank you,

Hi there!
The Adapty guide and the FunnelFox guide differ because they cover different parts of the flow:
- Adapty’s guide explains how to build and configure a web paywall hosted by Adapty and connect Paddle for analytics and access management.
- FunnelFox’s guide explains how to use Paddle inside FunnelFox funnels, which is a separate checkout and funnel system.
About sandbox transactions:
If you use Adapty’s web paywall link, then yes — you must call it via the Adapty Web API.
If you use FunnelFox funnels with the Paddle integration, then the FunnelFox preview link is enough. FunnelFox will automatically send all purchase events to Adapty via API if you configure the integration with Adapty on the FF side.
