Hey there! Here would be a short-list on what you might need to pay attention in order to fix that issue:
Please be sure, that you've added Service Account Key File, along with the Package Name here:
Double-check if your Service Account Key File has the Owner rights. You can the checklist from this article: https://docs.adapty.io/docs/service-account-key-file
Make sure Cloub Pub/Sub API is activated in the Google developer console
